SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all our orders via UPS Ground / Signature Required. Once your order is ready to be shipped we will send you a confirmation with the tracking number. Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 2 to-7 business days. If you have any special shipping requirements or requests, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The shipping rate will be calculated depending on your location and the product you are purchasing. This fee will show when doing the checkout process. The shipping rate includes all the packing material, handling of your order, and the shipping fee with signature required service.
We pack our products very carefully to ensure that your order gets safely to your home. We use heavy-duty double wall boxes and in some cases double boxes.
While many of our pieces are ready to ship, some are assembled once the order is placed. Depending on the product, your order should be ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days.
For made-to-order pieces please allow 1 to 2 weeks of production time. We will keep you updated and you’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order is finished and ready to go!
We ship small quantities to Canada and Europe with USPS International Priority Mail. To receive an international shipping quote please send us an email to email@example.com with the item you'd like to purchase as well as your exact address. La Loupe Design is not responsible for any customs delays, import fees, taxes, VAT, or any other fees should your package be processed by customs.
International customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. La Loupe Design cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.
For larger quantities, we don’t offer international shipping but we will gladly ship to your designated third party or export agent within the U.S.
LOST, STOLEN AND RETURNED PACKAGES
We sent our order with the signature required service to ensure and confirm you have received the package. La Loupe Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe shipping address, watch the package tracking, and communicate with your carriers about deliveries.
Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers. We recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen package issues.
If a package is returned to us via return-to-sender and you would like it to be reshipped to you, we require a reshipping fee.
If you see the package has been damaged during transit, you can reject it and the carrier will send it back to us to process a claim. In case of damage during transit, we will arrange a refund or replacement of the item. Pictures of the damaged box and items are required. If you haven't contacted us within 7 business days after a damaged package was received, La Loupe Design will be not responsible for the claim.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns of items in their original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that the shipping cost of your order is not refundable. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving your order with your return request.
The returned item should be shipped in the same package and manner as it was received and the customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost, or the total shipping cost of the exchange.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed after we received the returned item in good condition. If damaged or lost during transit La Loupe Design is not responsible for the loss of the returned item.
Custom and sale items cannot be returned.
