EGON SCHIELE (June 12, 1890 – October 31, 1918) was an Austrian painter, a protégé of Gustav Klimt, and a major figurative painter of the early 20th century.
Jorgelina Lopez uses embroidery as a medium to explore Egon Schiele's drawing in a unique way. Fascinated with his artwork, she delves into each piece studying each line and details to translate Schiele's particular artistic expression into hand-stitched art.
